✅ Returns & Exchanges – Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
- Fragrance testers and opened perfumes are non-returnable unless faulty.
🔁 Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Email us at sales.trangoscents@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and any supporting images (if damaged).
- Once approved, ship the item back to our return address (customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is faulty).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch the replacement.
💸 Refund Process
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Product not available or out of stock.
- Damaged product received (with proof).
- Order canceled before shipping.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect).
